1. Open a case

Describe what's happening with one of your suppliers — a price increase, a quality issue, a contract termination, a sourcing decision, an upcoming renewal, anything. Paste the email or letter, drop a PDF, or upload a screenshot. AkunAI reads it and tells you the case type, severity, and the very first move.

2. Upload your master file

Drop the Excel that lives at the heart of your category — supplier IDs, prices, volumes. AkunAI will detect the columns, count distinct suppliers, and estimate total spend. Stays in your browser; nothing is stored on our side.

Bring fake names. Real numbers. AkunAI works on the structure of your file (supplier ID, ref, volume, price, country) — not the supplier identities. Replace supplier names with codes (SUP-01, SUP-02…) and keep the real-name lookup in your ERP. We don't need them. After upload, one click anonymizes everything. If you're comfortable uploading real names, that works too — this is a recommendation, not a requirement.

3. What's happened since the letter?

Tell us about any communication you've had with the supplier since — a phone call, a meeting, an email reply, a text, a WhatsApp screenshot, nothing. Any format works. If they haven't replied yet, just say so. AkunAI uses this to set the negotiation tempo and surface concessions you can re-cite.

4. Your war-room

15 specialist agents assemble what you've given them: case sheet (Step 1), spend bridge (Step 2), what's happened since (Step 3). The output below is your cheatsheet + draft response — copy, print, walk into the meeting. Sourced numbers only.
